Choosing a therapist is personal. This is a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to explore what you’re hoping for, answer any questions, and ensure that our work feel aligned. This is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation designed to help you feel informed and supported in your next step
90-150 minutes | $250-$375
Intensive sessions offer extended time to move beyond surface-level conversations and create focused momentum around a specific issue or goal. These longer sessions allow for deeper processing, relational repair work, and meaningful breakthroughs in a more condensed timeframe.
Intensives may be helpful for:

• Relationship repair conversations
• Couples in high-conflict cycles
• Navigating poly/consensual non-monogamy dynamics

Due to the length and dedicated time reserved, this service is offered as private pay and is not billed directly through insurance. A superbill can be provided upon request for you to submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

In-Person Therapy
In-person therapy sessions are offered at the downtown Scranton, PA office, providing a private, modern, and grounded space. Many clients appreciate the sense of presence that comes from sitting together in the therapy room and having intentional time away from daily distractions.
Telehealth Therapy
Telehealth sessions allow you to attend therapy from the comfort of your own space while still engaging in meaningful therapeutic work. Sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform.

Community and connection are an important part of healing. Group therapy can offer a supportive and cost-effective space to share experiences and grow alongside others. If enough people express interest in similar topics, Rifa hopes to begin offering groups in the Scranton, PA, held in person.
